Good Pen, Bad Pen
They look exactly the same on a website, junk mail flyer or catalog.
The pen on the left is one of the most economic, popular and dependable pens in the industry, with a large imprint area, long lasting ink cartridge and quality imprinting.
The pen on the right, on the other hand, is a cheap rip-off, imprinted with ink not compatible with the plastic surface, contains an ink cartridge that leaks, and stops writing within the first month or two.

As with everything, one of the sincerest forms of flattery -- or just a way to make a quick buck -- is copying a successful product.
